Our Company History
BindMax Proteins early development roots go back nearly 30 years when Company founder Rick Cassidy began working on new technologies within the functional protein arena.
Mr. Cassidy had spent most of his scientific career with the world’s largest protein companies and for more than 20 years has sold his BindMax products.
In August of 2001, the company was purchased by Christopher & Kelly Rebholz, and Mr. Cassidy remains active as the company Executive Vice President and Technical Director.
“BindMax” references the product’s unique ability to bind the maximum amount of moisture into meat and poultry. Today, BindMax Protein products are utilized by meat, poultry and seafood companies worldwide as an effective tool in improving cook yield, flavor and lowering formulation costs.
BindMax Proteins currently provides the marketplace with over 70 unique functional ingredient blends. In fact, we provides one or more of these blends to many of the world’s largest meat and poultry processors.
